Summer Track and field Camp
DATES: Tuesday, August 11th – Friday, August 14th, 2008
HOURS (9:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M.): campers should arrive between 8:50 and 9:35 a.m. Because the first half hour of each day is used for orientation and planning, we urge you to ensure that campers arrive on time.
EXTENDED DAY Additional information will be forwarded upon registration: All campers go directly to the track field area and report to their supervisor. On rainy days, campers are escorted to the Wilson gym
DEPARTURES (2:00 P.M.): Campers are dismissed from a designated enters of the field area. Some special occasions require dismissal from the Wilson gym.
POLICIES AND INFORMATION Please read policies on the registration form regarding fees, payments refunds and withdrawals. Once accepted, campers will receive a confirmation letter along with a welcome letter which will provide families with specific information relevant to the camper's summer experience. Our welcome letter is designed to prepare campers for their first day Registration Fee:
Non-refundable Registration deposit: $50
Early Registration – Register by Thursday, July 30, 2009 and deduct $10 from the total camp registration fee. Applications must be postmarked by July 30th 2009 to receive this discount.
Multiple Child Discount – Receive a $20 discount if you have multiple children enrolled in camp.

what to bring: Water bottle, running shoes (and, if available, spike shoes), bag lunch and snacks
Health Care & Insurance Camper must provide his or her own insurance. Athletic trainers are on duty to administer to minor injuries. Camp medical staff is NOT responsible for administering prescribed medication.
